I began my career in a technical school, where I discovered my gift for observing, analyzing, and finding solutions. Over time, I found my passion in the processes and activities of senior managers and simplifying the lives of busy business owners.
I started independent counselling services for business owners because I saw how they struggle with operational blindness. That's why I bring solutions to get smooth operations and simplify work life. Along the way, I have helped non-profit, small, and larger companies, lead event projects or bring relief, not to only one business owner.

I wanted to be the best solution for the CEO's (business owners' and founders') personal optimization and company engine. I empower people to reach their goals in the most effective and simplest way.
With experience in many fields and technical awareness, I established a successful multinational company and cooperated with clients across continents. I provide excellent solutions for the most demanding business owners and directors.
